| Subway project has a large number of professional,huge investment,long construction period,underground space cramped,involving many units and other complex features.So it is easy to appear in the construction of the professional development and neglect the overall development,it is difficult to accurate budget or cost analysis,uncontrollable factors,easy rework or duration delay,pipeline conflict,lack of effective communication coordination mechanism and site planning,quality,safety Many questions.In this construction,we need to solve professional cooperation,prevent waste,save investment,improve production efficiency,collision inspection and coordination of various issues.It can be seen that the subway construction is a complicated system engineering,and the collaborative work among the project participants,especially in the design stage and the construction phase,such as collision,cost,duration,quality,safety and so on.important.In order to improve the production efficiency to avoid waste,it is necessary to use the synergy method in the construction,through the management of coordination to protect the efficient implementation of the project.This paper introduces the experience of new management ideas and high-tech information technology in the manufacturing industry,and combines the cloud technology to study the collaborative management platform of subway construction project based on BIM technology.Divided into design collaboration platform and construction coordination platform.The design cooperation platform includes collision checking module,cost analysis module,engineering construction preparation module and building performance analysis module.Based on these four functional modules,this paper designs the corresponding collaborative design platform architecture to realize the synchronous design of each professional on the cooperative platform.The construction coordination platform includes the planning management module,the site quality management module,the construction information module,the safety information module,the capital and cost management module,the completion acceptance and the project transfer module.Through the combination of the six modules and the BIM model,the construction phase Collaborative management.In order to verify the design of the two BIM-based collaborative management platforms and the practicality of the implementation process,this paper takes the Pearl River Delta Intercity Rapid Rail Transit Station(A)as a case,from design inspection,economic analysis,schedule management,quality management,Construction information management and capital and cost management and other implementation of the entire process to verify the use of these two collaborative platform value.The verification results show that the two collaborative platforms can support the design phase of the subway construction project in the collaborative management and construction phase.The BIM technology can fully support the design cooperation and construction of the subway project.Not just a technology application,but also a project management tool,it can make the successful experience of manufacturing in the subway project has been very good promotion. |
