| As a major power energy demand in China with the increasing demand for energy.But the energy structure owe reasonable,main show is in dependence on fossil energy,clean energy proportion is not high.As the fossil energy depletion,environmental degradation and other issues,require that we gradually develop clean energy to change the traditional energy structure.Wind energy as one of the most representative in all of the clean energy,with wide distribution,high degree of commercialization,the advantages of the mature technology is more and more plays an important role.But wind turbines work conditions is poor,often face wind speed instability,large temperature difference inside and outside environment,changing load,etc.Different types of wind turbines will also face different problem,such as offshore wind turbines will face the environment high air humidity,high salt,unit components susceptible to corrosion;The biggest environmental problems of onshore wind turbines is that the dust in the air,when the unit seal poor conditions,sand and dust get into the gearbox will damage the unit gear easily,many factors that led to the wind continued high operational costs.It is estimated that in the operation of wind turbines,life cycle cost of operations is an important part of the total cost of the electricity accounts for about 25% ~ 30% of the total cost.At the same time,the sea wind turbines run statistics found that 50% of stoppage time is caused by a gearbox fault.According to the above data can see,the running state of the planet gear box of wind power units to make timely identification and diagnosis,has great practical significance.This paper mainly studied on the main causes of planetary gearbox fault and fault detection of the effective methods of the wind turbines:1)The main reasons for the different types of failure of wind turbines’ gearbox are analyzed.In summarizes the different types of fault feature,and puts forward corresponding to different fault features of operation maintenance method,to improve the reliability of unit operation.2)This paper put forward a kind of adaptive signal decomposition method based on improved EEMD.The improved method can be used to resolve adaptive parameter problem of different signal.Solved in the practical application of a certain degree of traditional EEMD modal aliasing problem in the process of decomposition,improve the calculation speed,to improve the decomposition effect.The purpose of the signal adaptive decomposition is achieved.3)Using the modified EEMD method actual signal decomposition,and then use the single fractal dimension extraction fractal characters of each component after improvement EEMD decomposition.Finally achieve the real-time and effective of planetary gearbox fault diagnosis by comparing the signal characteristics.4)Using combination method of the multifractal dimension spectrum and the support vector machine(SVM)method,realized the planetary gearbox under the condition of different speed of fault diagnosis,further confirmed that the fractal dimension for the extraction of signal characteristics with good ability.The experiment proved that the support vector machine(SVM)for signal classification effect is good at the same time.5)Finally by using the single fractal dimension to extract fractal characteristics of each component decomposed by improved EEMD,then the extract signal features as input vectors of support vector machine(SVM)to classify signals,implements the effective diagnosis of actual fault signal. |
