With the development of economy,the popularization of electric equipments in all aspects of daily life.The traditional electric energy acquisition is to connect the electric energy from the power grid to the actual electric equipment by connecting the wire.Drawbacks such as inconvenient operation,wire length limitation,abrasion and not working under specific conditions become more and more unacceptable.Wireless Power Transfer technology is a good solution to the use of electrical equipment in the acquisition of such shortcomings.Electric vehicle wireless charging technology has become a hot topic in the field of new energy vehicles.In this paper,a series of in-depth research on the misalignment of the wireless charging of electric vehicles.This paper analyzes the current status of wireless power transfer technology.At the same time,the research status of wireless charging technology for electric vehicle is analyzed,and the current research status of the electromagnetic coupling mechanism in the wireless charging technology of electric vehicle is analyzed too.This paper comprehensively introduces the present situation of the electromagnetic coupling mechanism in the wireless charging technology of electric vehicles.What’s more,the equivalent model of electromagnetic coupling mechanism is analyzed.This paper focuses on the research and analysis of a series of parameters which affect the electromagnetic coupling mechanism,such as the winding shape of the coil,the winding turns,the configuration of the magnetic material,etc..Thus,a series of conclusions are obtained which are helpful to expand the misliagment of the wireless charging system for electric vehicles.The design method and flow of magnetic coupling mechanism are presented,and a new electromagnetic coupling mechanism is proposed.The practicability and feasibility of the study are proved by the realization of expending the magnetic coupling mechanism misalignment in the wireless charging system of electric vehicleFinally,the hardware experimental platform based on the proposed scheme is designed and built to verify the feasibility of enlarging the magnetic coupling mechanism.The experimental results show that the performance has reached the expected results,can be achieved to ensure the mutual inductance coupling mechanism of offset at the coupling mechanism case,so as to ensure the stable operation of the whole wireless power transmission system.
