Wireless power transfer(WPT)technology enables the power transfer in the case of non-electracal connections.Compared with the traditional power supply mode,WPT can avoid the security risks such as electric spark and leakage caused by poor connections between electrical plugs or the cable breakage. In addition,it has many advantages such as high flexibility, environmental affinity and low maintenance cost.As the research hotspot in the field of WPT,the inductive coupling power transfer(ICPT)technology has been widely concerned and applied because of its higher flexibility and anti-jamming capability. However,in practical engineering applications, power wireless transmission and data transmission are all necessary, such as closed-loop control of wireless charging device and data transmission of implanted medical equipment. Therefore,in order to enhance the ICPT system performance and adapt to more applications,it is necessary to study the data transmission of ICPT system. This paper analyzes the need of high-speed data transmission in ICPT system, and puts forward the purpose and significance of high-speed transmission. It introduces the domestic and abroad researches of ICPT synchronous transmission technology. Then, this paper analyzes several kinds of data transmission scheme using coupling coils in ICPT system and digital modulation and demodulation technology in detail.Based on the limitations of the currently available method and technology,a relatively simple circuit topology and OFDM technology for high data transmission of ICPT system are proposed. The model is established and the principle is analyzed for the proposed scheme, and the nosie transfer function and signal-to-noise ratio were defined. The specific implementation of main circuit is given in order to streamline the system structure and realize the high-speed data transmission. The signal transmission channel and power transmission of the system are simulated and analyzed by MATLAB to verify the theoretical feasibility of the data channel.Based on theoretical research and simulation analysis, the hardware experiment platform is used to verify the power and data transmission performance of the system. In order to more intuitively display the performance of data transmission,WLAN was established based on ICPT system under the premise of ensuring the normal power transmission.Experimental results show that the system eventually achieved a 20 W power transmission, the data transfer rate up to 15 Mbps at the same time.
