| As one of the most popular research in the field of laboratory medicine,the detection of blood coagulation plays an important role in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of many diseases.However,due to the high cost and complicated operation,the detection device of the coagulation is mainly used in the inspection department of large hospitals,which limits the application of the coagulation detection.Coagulation is one of the most common methods in the blood coagulation analyzer,and its working principle is to detect the change of blood viscosity in the process of blood coagulation.As a kind of wireless passive sensor,magnetoelastic sensor has the advantages of simple structure,good portability and high sensitivity to the change of viscosity.In this thesis,based on the analysis of the magnetoelastic detection device developed by our research group,the supporting software was designed with the basic application for coagulation test,with the aim to provide a new solution.By analyzing the resonance characteristic detection of magnetoelastic sensor based on the impedance sweep method,combined with the working principle of the existing thrombelastogram(TEG)analyzer,the functional requirements of the system software were put forward.The application software of coagulation detection system based on magnetoelastic sensors was developed by using C++ Qt.The software realized the data acquisition and real-time display of the data from the lower computer.By extracting the characteristic values of the impedance information response curve,the coagulation time curve was obtained,and the main parameters of blood coagulation were marked.In addition,a database was established to manage the experimental data uniformly.The building and parsing of heterogeneous database integration middleware based on XML is realized,which provides the interface for the data exchange between the detection system and the heterogeneous database of hospital information management system.Finally,the contrast experiments of the human blood and the TEG quality control reagent were carried out to verify the feasibility and repeatability of the detection system for the detection of blood coagulation,by using the detection system and the TEG analyzer.The results of coagulation experiments on the human blood show that the clotting time curve extracted by the system software is highly correlated to the theoretical viscosity change during the coagulation process.In addition,the results of the repeated experiments on the TEG quality control reagent reveal that there is a high degree of coincidence between the coagulation time curve and the labeled coagulation parameters.This indicates the good stability of the detection system,and the dynamic detection of coagulation process have been realized.Such a system software can also provide the support for the follow-up study of the detection method and the standard for detecting the coagulation with the use of magnetoelastic sensors. |
