The Application Of Green-concrete In The Road Of Spongy City

In recent years,infrastructure construction and sponge city construction have always been the focus of our country's development.however,behind the construction of infrastructure,the destruction of the ecological environment has always been a difficult problem for the country.Roadways,water conservancy,railways and other construction require a large number of excavation slopes,leading to the destruction of ecological environment.Therefore,it is very important for ecological construction,building sponge cities and repairing the ecological environment of slopes.In order to repair the ecological environment and to achieve a comprehensive afforestation of highway,railways,canals and dams,in this paper,it has researched construction material which can quickly repair vegetation material and porous ecological concrete.The vegetation material is phosphogypsum vegetation material,no needs to routine maintenance and do not cause the second distraction and pollution,can be low cost and keep high performance for the strength,water conservation,fertilizer preservation,air permeability,rain resistance and water permeability.Make the vegetation material more efficiently apply to slope rehabilitation.This paper takes Tian Jia Wan ecological slope of Yue Lai street in Chongqing City of Yue Lai Investment Group Limited company as the research object.After the research is mature,it can be invested and used in the concrete project construction.The research contents are as follows:(1)Through the determination of the composition of the gel material,and desire the water binder ratio?grading of aggregates and bulk material with test.Desire the mix proportion of porous concrete.(2)The phosphogypsum vegetation material can quickly recover the ecological environment of slope,and do not cause the second distraction and pollution,can be low cost and keep high performance for the strength,water conservation,fertilizer preservation,air permeability,rain resistance and water permeability.(3)Constitute the specific construction process and construction process of porous eco concrete and vegetation material system.And apply the construction process to the actual project.This vegetation material has been applied to practical projects,according to the present situation,reached the purposes of slope protection about the vegetation germinated for 5 days,30 days to reach the plateau,60 days flourishing.The vegetation materials are made of cheap materials,substantially reduce costs,meanwhile,also have high erosion resistance?high plant germination rate? high coverage rate and high strength.The ventilate?permeable and water retention are good.It can be widely used in various slopes through the method of spraying by machine and also has a wide application prospect.
