In recent years,fluctuating load and frequency converterhave been widely used,thus interharmonic keeps on increasing in the grid.Voltage fluctuation and flicker is one of the major power quality problems caused by inter-harmonics.Serious flicker problems can cause discomfort and fatigue of human vision.There are relevant standards for voltage fluctuation and flicker,,but are based on incandescent on the amplitude modulation voltage fluctuation or inter-harmonics.However,with a large number of compact fluorescent lampsand LED replacing incandescent,it is necessary to study the response of different light sources to the voltage fluctuation caused by inter-harmonics.Based on the existing research on the flicker effect of compact fluorescent lamp and LED light source,it is proposed to obtain the luminous flux fluctuation depth of the light source under the specified interharmonics condition by the flicker decomposition model experiment platform,and then use the method of mathematical regression analysis to find the relationship between the inter-harmonic voltage parameter and the fluctuation depth signal of the luminous flux,and establish the light flicker model of the compact fluorescent lamp and the LED lamp to express the conversion relationship between their electric and the luminous flux fluctuation.In this paper,the compact fluorescent lamp and LED lamp are selected as the research object.The experimental data of the luminous flux fluctuation depth of the two types of light sources under different power are measured by the decomposed light flikermeter.And the polynomial nonlinear regression fitting analysis of the experimental data is carried out.The model of the flux fluctuation depth of the compact fluorescent lamp and the LED lamp is successfully established.The light flicker model'sexpression form of these two light sources is determined in each inter-harmonic frequency section.The light flicker model of the compact fluorescent lamp and the LED lamp is analyzed statistically to judge whether the power size has an effect on the light flicker model of the compact fluorescent lamp and the LED lamp.And the applicability of light flicker model is studied for different power of the same kind of light source.Based on the study of light flicker model,a combined flickermeter model which would not be restricted to the light source is proposed,and the flicker evaluation of the combined flicker model and decomposedflicker model is also compared.
