Research On Shield Option And General Construction Technique

Shield construction is different from manual excavation,cut and cover method,shallow underground excavation etc traditional construction methods,and it mainly uses shield machine,so shield machine option is an important part for construction success and a key for shield tunneling.Shield option need consider geological condition,surrounding environment,and tunnel diameter and length etc conditions of tunnel project,on the basis of details investigation and theory analysis,and make general analysis for the adaptability for geology features,ground permeability,underground water level etc,meanwhile it also need combine with the advancement,reliability and economical efficiency etc index requirement.So shield option is a system work,a successful shield option can be verified through general shield construction technique,project duration,project cost etc aspects.This thesis proposes the method and procedure of shield option and general construction technique according to the project condition,hydrological condition and geological condition of Guangshengang Passenger Line Futian Station and ZH-4 Project.The shield which is chosen with this method and procedure has already successfully finished the construction of two shield tunnels during this period it passes all kinds of complex ground,through the practical construction experience,it proves that shield option,function configuration,and construction method are reasonable on the techniques part and optimal on the economy,the shield choosing method and the excavation technical measure are correct...
