Forklift is widely used in various sectors of the national economy as an industrial vehicle.Gearbox is an important part of the forklift transmission system,its performance has a great influence on the whole transmission system,excellent transmission requires a lot of physical prototype testing to improve.The virtual prototyping technology can realize the repeated design and test of the product on the computer,thus reducing the trial and testing process of the physical prototype,reducing the product development cycle and the research and development fund.In this paper,a 3T forklift mechanical gearbox is taken as the research object.Based on ADAMS,the virtual prototype model of the forklift gearbox is established to study the dynamic characteristics of the transmission system.Firstly,according to the structural dimensions of each part of the gearbox,the three-dimensional model of gearbox is established by SolidWorks,and the interference of the assembly is completed.Using the Parasolid format to establish a seamless connection with ADAMS,the three dimensional model of the transmission was introduced into ADAMS by using the step by step method and the multi rigid body dynamics model of the forward first gear was established.Secondly,the paper uses ANSYS to realize the generation of the key parts of the modal neutral file based on the multi-body system dynamics theory,and establishes the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model of the forward first gear with ADAMS.Finally,the speed analysis of the two models is carried out to verify the correctness of the model.The variation rule of gear meshing force in time domain and frequency domain and the difference of gear meshing force between the two models are analyzed.The effects of different loading times on the meshing force of gear are studied.This paper studies the output gear shaft and output shaft of dynamic stress and strain distribution and the changing rule of the dangerous point,the output shaft and the output shaft gear modal analysis are carried out,studied the natural vibration characteristics of the two models.The research on the dynamic characteristics of the forklift gearbox based on ADAMS provides the reference value for the design and the structural optimization of the forklift gearbox.
