A new type of bucket-type screening crusher,mounted on the working device of hydraulic excavator,is studied and designed,which could be used to dispose the huge amount of waste concrete scattered around cities.Compared to traditional large crushing equipments,bucket-type screening crusher that based on hydraulic excavator with high mobility is much more adaptive to the complex working environment in cities.After analyzing the properties of concrete and the common used approaches,and comparing different crushing principles,the research subject is determined.Then the components,the working process and performance of the bucket-type screening crusher are separately illustrated.The loaded hydraulic excavator is selected by calculating the primary operating parameters of the bucket-type screening crusher.The three-dimensional model is created,and the kinematic simulation is performed with the help of Pro/Engineer Wildfire5.0 to testify the feasibility of this subject.Meanwhile,creating the parametric models of concrete and geometry and then simulating the concrete breaking process in EDEM is an important operating procedure to get the maximum axial force of crusher roll that could be applied to finite element analysis of bucket.The maximum equivalent stress and the overall deformation is obtained in ANSYS to check the structural strength of bucket.Finally,according to the analytical results,the optimization of the bucket is performed to improve the distribution of stress and deformation.What the purpose of finite element analysis of bucket is to examine the stability of the whole structure and support the normal process of breaking and screening of the bucket-type screening crusher.The bucket-type screening crusher,based on hydraulic excavator,is emerging as an alternative approach to break materials with higher mobility,higher efficiency and more environmental awareness,which can not only optimize the procedure of treating solid waste,in particular the waste concrete,in a more profitable manner,but also lighten the burden of environment.
