Middle and low speed maglev transportation system is a new type of transportation,which is different from the traditional track and rail transit,and its orbit is composed of an elevated beam and a F track.Although there is no contact between the vehicle and the track in the course of operation,the vehicle is directly related to the geometric parameters of the orbit in a stable 8mm suspension gap,the stability,safety and ride comfort of the vehicle are directly influenced by the track geometry.In addition,due to the low speed maglev transportation is just a new development of the traffic form,the performance of the maglev vehicle running on the track of the requirements did not form a standard,the relevant content is to be further in-depth analysis.Therefore,it is necessary to study the relationship between the geometric parameters of the low speed maglev track and the operation of the vehicle,and put forward the management limits of the track geometric parameters,which can provide the theoretical basis for the construction and maintenance of the track.In this paper,take the CMS-04 model of the low speed maglev train as object,research on the influence of orbit geometry parameters on vehicle operation,The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,based on the conclusion of various domestic and international rail transportation track geometry parameters and the results of influence on vehicle operation,the project of further research in low-speed maglev track geometry parameters is been proposed.After summarize and reference domestic and international research results on wheel track geometry parameters influence on vehicle operation,we analyze the the characteristics of low-speed maglev transportation vehicles and the relationship between vehicle and tracks,summarize the research domestic and international in low-speed maglev track geometry parameters detection technology and its impact.Secondly,a vehicle-rail dynamics model under different track geometry parameters conditions is built and we complete the simulation in MATLAB / simulink environment.Use CMS-04 maglev train as the research object,based on the research establishment single solenoid dynamics model,we build dynamic models of single bogie and the entire vehicle.Meanwhile,we analyze the structural and mechanical characteristics of F-type track several typical track geometry parameters,establishing dynamics mathematical model of realistic situations.Third,the study identified low-speed maglev track geometry parameters management limits.Analysis and reference principles established wheel rail railway track geometry management limits,proposed the establishment of the principle of low-speed maglev track geometry parameter management limits.Finally,we discuss the effects of orbital geometry parameters of the dynamic trackinspection system design,especially the optimal working frequency of rail inspection system.We also introduced the FMS-01 track inspection system,and for the FMS-01 system to carry out test trials to determine the optimal frequency and natural frequency.
