Electro-hydraulic ratio technology is developing rapidly,electro-hydraulic proportional components are more and more types and the requirements for electro-hydraulic proportional amplifier are getting higher and higher.At present,the electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve on the market mostly adopts the double-proportional electromagnet to achieve the bidirectional control of the valve.The directional valve in this study adopts the moving coil-mechanical conversion structure,Control the size and direction of the output force of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve by controlling the size and direction of the input current of the moving coil electromechanical converter.this directional valve greatly reduces the installation space,and can achieve high-power output.On this basis,a proportional amplifier is designed to drive the electro-hydraulic proportional valve,which provides the driving current for the electro-hydraulic proportional valve to meet its bidirectional and proportional driving requirements.In the domestic market for electro-hydraulic proportional valve based on moving coil-mechanical converter is still in the initial stage,specifically The Proportional amplifier to drive the electro-hydraulic proportional valve is very few.The design of the domestic electro-hydraulic proportional technology research has an important reference value.In order to solve the bidirectional driving problem of the moving coil linear motor,the proportional amplifier is developed.And proposing a driving scheme in which the pulse width modulation signal and the flutter signal are superimposed on each other.This way can solve hysteresis phenomenon in motor drive process,improve the dynamic and static performance of the proportional valve and reduce the movement loss.Theoretical analysis and simulation studies show that the performance of the proportion amplifier researching and developing is reliable,and can meet the moving coil linear motor drive requirements.The main contents of this paper are introduced in the following six chapters:The first chapter introduces the development of electro-hydraulic proportional technology and the composition and classification of proportional amplifiers,and puts forward the significance of the research and expounds the main contents of this paper.In the second chapter,the structural characteristics of moving iron and moving coil electro-mechanical converters are studied,and the technical requirements and driving performance of the proportional amplifier during the design process are proposed according to the structural characteristics.The driving principle of PWM pulse width modulation technology is introduced,and the overall design scheme is given.Chapter 3 introduces the principle of each module of the design,including: power module,current-voltage(I / V)conversion module,PWM pulse width signal generation module,flutter module,power amplifier module,closed-loop control module.Analysis the circuit and function of the various modules.Chapter 4 uses EDA simulation software to verify the function of each module of the circuit,including: flutter signal generation function,PWM signal generation function,logic operation function,and output current characteristics and so on.It is verified that the designed circuit can meet the bidirectional and proportional drive requirements of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve.The fifth chapter introduces the design method and the process of the PCB board,gives the further explanation of the component layout,the wiring and the DRC inspection in the design process,and summarizes and improves the problems encountered in the design process.Chapter 6 summarizes the design content and puts forward the shortcomings in the design and the improvement methods in the follow-up work.
