Axial piston pump are widely used in engineering,industrial and aerospace areas due to their advantages of power-to-weight density,high reliability and long life.With the progress of society,people's concept of environmental protection has gradually improved,the product quality requirements are also increasing,so the performance requirements of the axial piston pump is also higher.Axial piston pump are the main power source in fluid power system,as well as the main noise sources.In order to meet the needs of the community,in the hydraulic system often need to provide two sets of independent oil source situation.Therefore,this paper presents a four-ports axial piston pump to achieve a single pump to control the multi-oil situation.The main contents of this paper are to simulate the distribution characteristics of the four-ports axial piston pump,analyze and find out the structure of reducing the pulsation and noise reduction,and optimize the main components on the basis of the existing hydraulic pump,Redesign,build virtual prototypes,and perform simulation analysis.Based on the simulation data,the four-flow axial piston pump was developed and the test platform was constructed.The test pump was tested.Through the pressure pulsation test,the volumetric efficiency test and the noise test,the new pump was fully equipped with the reference pump performance For comparison,the pressure pulsation and noise are lower than the reference pump,and the noise meets the national level requirements.The thesis is organized as follows:(1)Presents the purpose and significance of the research and its researchbackground,summarizes the research status of the research institutions at home and abroad on the distribution structure and noise,and briefly introduces the simulation software used in this paper.(2)The theoretical fluid model of the four-flow axial piston pump is established.The model takes into account the kinematics and dynamics equations and the leakage of the internal friction of the pump.The influence of the azimuth even on the flow pulsation is analyzed by combining the flow heterogeneity coefficient.(3)Constructed a new type of piston pump model by using simulation software,and the reasonable distribution of the distribution plate is obtained.After analyzing the structure of the distribution plate,the pressure flow pulsation of the single plunger and the whole pump outlet under different working conditions is analyzed.The model of the key components of the prototype pump is established in the 3D modeling software Pro/E.(4)Introduces the design and manufacture process of the key components of the prototype pump production process.On this basis,the model test platform is constructed and the pressure of the pump outlet at different speed and load pressure is tested to test the volumetric efficiency and noise.The simulation data are compared with the experimental data to verify the simulation model.
