Research On The Modeling Design Of Dayun Electric Logistics Light Trucks Based On Gradual Disappearance

With the development of the economy and the growing importance of environmental issues,electric logistics light truck will be the direction of China’s light truck development China’s electric logistics light truck over the imitation of foreign light truck design era,and Modeling design has been rapid development.But the objective that China’s light truck design is still in the initial stage of independent design,its design is not yet mature,and the shape of the brand has yet to be strengthened.the use of electric logistics light truck can not only shape its shape,but also in line with aerodynamics,reduce its energy consumption,which is consistent with the essential requirements of energy-saving environmental protection and environmental protection.As a modeling method,gradual disappearance is used in the electric logistics light card.gradual disappearance not only shape the form,but also Conform to aerodynamics,reducing its energy consumption,This is in line with the essential requirements of energy saving and environmental protection of electric logistics light truck.In China’s light truck design,the gradual disappearance is used verylittle,and did not form the relevant theory of truck modeling methods.Based on the above background,the purpose of this paper is to design an electric logistics light truck for the target enterprise using gradual disappearance.By using comparative analysis,research and interview,modular analysis and so on,explore the application of gradual disappearance in Modeling Design of target electric logistics light trucks.For China’s light truck design is not mature to provide some reference to this problem.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)studying the contemporary China,Japan and South Korea’s 11 representative of the light trucks modeling get the flat head light truck modeling elements and the relationship between the element.(2)Regarding the excellent flat head truck in Europe as the object of study,explores the modeling design method and principle about gradual disappearance in the trucks cabs.(3)This paper studies the modeling evolution of Japanese famous flat light truck,exploring the modeling development trend of light truck and contemporary characteristics of high-end light truck,and provides the basic theories for the follow-up design of target electric logistics light truck.(4)By studying the relationship between the light truck and the family truck system,it is concluded that each series of trucks should follow the inheritance of the brand characteristic genes and maintain the stability of the brand genes.At the same time according to each truck different size,different positioning,brand genes should also be evolved to maintain the vitality of the product.The study of the relationship between light trucks and theirfamily-based trucks has allowed the light truck design not to be improvised but to follow the brand’s genes.(5)This project based on the project of "Shanxi Province Vehicle Engineering Graduate Education Innovation Center".Design the electric logistics light truck for Dayun Motor Co.,Ltd.This paper also studies the business culture of Dayun and its truck series.It draws the brand characteristics of Dayun trucks,sums up the genes of Dayun trucks,and lays the theoretical foundation for the follow-up light truck design.Finally based on my research,using the relationship between the elements of the flat weight light truck and light truck design method based on fading theory,an electric logistics light truck with the characteristics of Dayun brand and meet the characteristics and trends of contemporary high-end light truck was designed.This theory could verify the rationality and feasibility of the general rules of light truck modeling and the design method of truck style design based on fading surface theory.This paper has re-designed the shape of Dayun electric transport light truck and provided some reference suggestions for the design of Dayun electric transport light truck.The paper also summarizes the relationship between the elements of the flat weight light truck and the design method of truck design based on fading surface theory,in which it provides some theoretical guidance and reference for truck design.Rich and updated China’s light truck design method.
