| In recent years,with the energy crisis and environmental pollution issues becoming more serious,wind energy as pollution-free clean new energy has attracted more and more attention.Whether it is the fatigue analysis of offshore fan support structure or the safety evaluation of onshore wind turbine foundation,the design of wind power structure involves a large number of calculations,and the parameters are numerous and easy to make mistakes.And because there is no accurate specification can refer to,so this article based on MATLAB and CAE software for wind power structure development and calculation procedures,respectively,Specific research work is as follows::(1)Load calculation of offshore fan support structure.The random wave load in time domain and frequency domain calculation theory,the Morrison equation established the calculation model of wind turbine foundation of wave force in time domain and frequency domain based respectively through calculation program two times the development of MATLAB and preparation of hydrodynamic load ANSYS;to determine the effect of wind load in the sea breeze machine structure,according to the momentum the blade element theory developed by MATLAB program simulation of fluctuating wind speed,and calculate the impeller wind load and tower under wind load.(2)Development of time domain fatigue calculation program for structures under load based on ANSYS two development.In a sea of single pile foundation as the research object,calculation method of fatigue analysis of different wind loads and wave loads separately under the action of fatigue damage is calculated under different working conditions;program calculation of fatigue structure under wave load frequency effect of preparation,calculation of fatigue damage under different working conditions,compared with the calculation results of the time domain.(3)Study on fatigue load combination method.Assuming that there is no interaction between the loads,a combination of damage superposition method,equivalent stress method and complete time domain method are used to formulate the calculation program.Taking an actual offshore fan as an example,the fatigue damage value of the structure is calculated by a computer program.By comparing the calculation results,the advantages and disadvantages of different combination methods and their applicability are analyzed and discussed.(4)Time domain fatigue study of support structures subjected to wind wave coupling.Considering the interaction between the aerodynamic load,based on the principle of the wind turbine aerodynamic damping are analyzed.The computing model of fan aerodynamic damping and aerodynamic damping effect will add support structure in waves and the time history analysis program,the calculation domain structure coupling effect under fatigue.The structural response and fatigue damage under different working conditions are calculated,and the necessity of coupling action is verified by comparing the results with those without considering aerodynamic damping.A feasible method for calculating coupling effects is proposed.(5)Taking a project as an example,the stability of the new beam slab foundation is analyzed based on the ABAQUS calculation,and the structural safety is evaluated.Validation of adaptive beam plate base on the geological conditions;the establishment of anchor foundation model,by calculating the displacement value of exploring internal friction angle and cohesion of different influence on the foundation stability,explore the specific relationship between the prestressed anchor foundation stability and geological parameters. |
