China's Xinjiang region is the world withstand hurricane railway is one of the most serious areas.China's Xinjiang existing railway line surrounding the air flow through the air velocity increases,flows through the railway area,can cause serious damage.Because of the train accident caused strong winds have occurred in the world.Thus,for my Cymbidium a new line of the existing line,the design of wind projects in order to ensure the train running smoothly in extreme conditions.The windproof engineering of Lanzhou Xinjiang line mainly with wall and wind Myeongdong.Through statistical analysis of the test data of the EMU Operation Test of Xinjiang both lines,large values determined in the test process,and to understand the effect of wind engineering.The data obtained in the wind engineering train aerodynamic effect are good through collecting,but the transition position in the wind engineering has frequently appeared large value,will affect the safe operation of EMU.For this reason,this paper carries on the simulation analysis to a typical transition section on the basis of the data analysis,and carries on the simulation analysis to the EMU geometric model through the fluid analysis software STAR-CCM.The simulation uses two modes,a steady state model,through the relative coordinates calculation flow of train operation to a certain position.Another often as non dynamic mesh model,using the sliding mesh method on the whole train operation process simulation.Analysis of simulation results of steady state model and the comparison of test results,the calculation results the multi position steady state model with the results of the field test is consistent,therefore,on the basis of the steady state model of unsteady calculation of long dynamic mesh model.Analyse the changes of the position of pressure calculation of dynamic mesh model,compared the change the position of the pressure and steady-state model calculated the change of position and pressure field test the reliability,and then dispatched grid model simulation.Through the analysis of the dynamic mesh model simulation results and the steady-state model simulation results and field test data can be obtained,using the dynamic mesh model simulation can better simulate the dispatched crew through the air kinetic characteristics of the region,to explore the emu after wind zone transition aerodynamic characteristics haspractical significance.The EMU through the wind and wind on aerodynamics performance of the transition section of the guiding role and practical value,but also for the wind of other areas of transition period has a certain reference value.
