Research On Detection Technology Of The Car DAB Rang Force And The Gas Generator Resistance Performance

With the rapid development of automobile industry,the automobile as a means of transportation has brought great changes to people's lives,but at the same time,excellent vehicle performance,traffic congestion and a variety of unexpected events to create the conditions for the occurrence of traffic accidents,and every time a traffic accident is also bringing disaster to people.Therefore,the manufacturer and the Car Buying group will start the safety performance of the vehicle is regarded as an important part of vehicle performance of automobile DAB.As an important part of automobile passive the security system,in the car collision or rollover,DAB and Seat belt to save the lives of drivers,therefore,in the automotive safety technology plays an important role.This paper mainly studies the Car DAB Rang force and the Gas Generator resistance performance measurement design,first,the experimental platform skeleton is builded by using square aluminum profile,and then the PC and the electrical control cabinet are placed.Finally,a complete experimental platform is assembled.For the test of the rang force of the DAB,the use of control servo motor speed,so that the ball screw carrying a smooth movement of the pressure sensor,detection of DAB according to the maximum force horn,at the same time with the displacement sensor to detect the effective displacement when the DAB sound speaker,while using the least squares curve fitting principle,that rang force displacement curve of F-S function curve.For Gas Generator car DAB resistance detection,this paper only for the detection of working resistance gas generator,the design of milliamperes level controllable constant current source,including the power supply module,constant current source module,CPU control module,and the circuit board design of the ripple coefficient analysis and ANSYS thermodynamic analysis.After verification,the power supply as a high stability coefficient of small current DC source,to achieve safe and reliable detection of Gas Generator working resistance value of the power supply standard.According to the design of the automotive DAB force and Gas Generator resistance detection system,solve the traditional artificial detection method of low precision,low efficiency,high cost of detection,detection of insecurity,lack is influenced by the environmental factors,to achieve safety,non-contact,visualization,intelligent detection.
