| Because of the waste heat recovery in bio chemical industry is often accompanied with corrosion problems,the selection and operation control of heat exchanger is very important for the application in the field of biochemistryThis article regards the application of citric acid fermentation process in Bengbu COFCO absorption heat pump energy saving renovation project as a example,according to the heat exchangers appear in the actual process of clogging and corrosion phenomena in this project,through on-site research,access to information,and communicate with the heat exchanger manufacturers who have performance in the field of chemical,research on material properties,corrosion analysis decision and operation control strategy.Based on the project rectification,select new heat exchanger,fluctuations in process parameters control,provided with a backwashing device,opening the new control strategy,solves the problem of heat exchanger corrosion.Heating power can reach the design value of 80~92%.Conclusions of the paper were listed as following: 1 、 Technology of low-temperature waste heat recovery project must attach great importance to process with thermal considering the actual situation and the physical and chemical properties of material heating,observe carefully and summary system operation,targeted to choose the type and material of the heat exchanger;2、Citric acid fermentation process similar to a side stream complex components of the plate heat exchanger to run real-time detection of operating conditions to prevent drying up the other side of the side heating extra jam deterioration,bypass and other measures should be adopted backwash;Absorption heat pump technology used in biochemical low temperature waste heat recovery project,in the pre-engineering and economic analysis,be sure to allow the board for backup,regular cleaning and even replacement costs and energy savings thereby reducing the need to allow sufficient regularly clean the operating space;3、For biological process low temperature waste heat recovery project does not affect the production process of the premise,should be installed in key parts of the necessary parameters monitored to keep abreast of health,should be strict practices,strengthen the periodic inspection and data recording,the development of effective control strategies can effectively slow down the plate heat exchanger and solve corrosion problems,will be to maximize the energy saving effect.In this paper,plate heat exchanger has a good role in guiding the process of biochemical engineering class low temperature waste heat recovery projects. |
