Among the motor control system,the induction motor with low cost,simple structure,convenient maintenance,can achieve high power,big torque and high speed transmission characteristics,and is one of the main development direction of the modern motor control system.On the basis of the principle of induction motor control,the thesis accomplishes the design and the debugging of the induction Motor Control System,including control system structure,hardware structure and software structure.Designs the flux observer and the Vector Control algorithm.Analyzes the signal characteristics of the induction Motor digital control system,and designs the controllers of flux,torque and rotate speed.Advances a new kind of real time parameters identification algorithm of induction Motor,and designs the strategy of Self-Tuning Control.Improves and implements the Voltage Space Vector PWM algorithm.Designs the three levels network control system based on motor controller,Siemens TDC,upper machine,Profibus Fieldbus and Industrial Ethernet.Completes the system hardware design through design and manufacture of the circuit board,and hardware integration.Through software design,implements digitization of the control algolithm and the functions of network communications,sampling,power drive and system control,and advances a novel method implementing the strategy of Self-Tuning Control based on data model.Debugging solution shows that,the design satisfies the requirement of Induction Motor Control,the system faults is few,the capability of electromagnetic interference Resistance is sturdy,and the torque fluctuation and noise of the Motor is small.
