In order to solve the contradiction between servo motor performance and cost,a new type of ferrite permanent magnet-assisted reluctance synchronous servo motor(hereinafter referred to as ferrite servo motor),as a new type of permanent magnet motor,Built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor and synchronous reluctance motor characteristics,and manufacturing costs lower,cost-effective,high temperature performance and stability,there is no over-voltage risk,constant power range,wide range of speed,etc.,in the servo drive system Has a good application prospects.In this paper,the ferrite servo motor drive control system as the research object,in the study of ferrite servo motor unique control characteristics,based on the ferrite servo motor starting strategy and constant torque MTPA control strategy,efficiency optimization strategy To carry out research to make it smooth and stable start,while working with the largest torque output and high efficiency.In this paper,the electromechanical design of the motor body of the ferrite servo drive system is firstly studied,and the optimum electromagnetism scheme of the ferrite servo motor is determined by the optimization of the rotor structure of the motor and the study of the different slot coordination.The parameters of the ferrite motor are calculated by the combination of the field road method,and the torque characteristics of the ferrite servo motor are compared and studied in detail.Aiming at the characteristics of ferrite servo motor,the control analysis is carried out and the joint simulation platform of driving system field is established.Then,aiming at the characteristics of the ferrite servo motor,the starting and initial position of the ferrite servo motor is difficult.The improved magnetic positioning and starting strategy is proposed.At the same time,the zero position identification and compensation algorithm is introduced to realize the smooth and stable starting of the motor.In order to obtain more accurate initial position information,the initial position estimation strategy of the double reference coordinate system is proposed.The quadratic coordinate theory is used to complete the quadrant judgment of the initial position,and the error angle is estimated by the secant method to realize the initial position of the ferrite servo motor Accurate location estimation.Secondly,a minimum straight-axis current compensation algorithm based on the motor parameters is proposed,which can change the search step size and direction according to the amplitude variation of the stator current,so as to approach the minimum straight-axis current compensation point more quickly and effectively solve the problem Search for slow and oscillating problems,constant torque in the case of minimal current,the system is the most efficient.Finally,the ferrite servo motor prototype is designed and designed,and the hardware driving scheme of the motor drive system of the ferrite servo motor drive system is designed.The driving system software is designed according to the proposed starting strategy,MTPA control and efficiency optimization strategy,and the driving system experiment platform,On this platform toconduct a comprehensive experimental study to verify the design of the motor ontology and control the effectiveness of the strategy.The experimental results show that the inductance parameter and back electromotive force of the designed ferrite prototype are in agreement with the simulation results.The start-up strategy may be effective in smoothing the motor,and the position-accurate estimation strategy can accurately and quickly estimate the estimated value and accurately estimate the initial position.By using the on-line variable step-size minimum straight-line current search compensation strategy,we can realize the MTPA control and efficiency optimization of the ferrite servo motor at the same time,and improve the steady-state operation efficiency and reliability of the ferrite motor to improve the ferrite servo motor The overall control performance of the drive system.
