With the rapid development of the current economic construction,people are not adapt to the requirements of the development of some existing buildings are more and more strong,and then the building to rebuild,strengthen and repair work in progress.Because,to strengthen the existing buildings can save a lot of construction funds,and can greatly shorten the construction period,there is no need to re occupation of arable land,in line with the current trend of development.Among them,the prestressed technology as a new type of construction technology in recent years,structural reinforcement and reconstruction project is also more and more applications.This paper from the prestressed concrete frame structure in the construction of prestressed concrete,mainly in research to increase the original frame section by bgcc to increase the construction space usage,and through a Hangzhou cinema renovation project as an example,its main core is the bonded prestressed frame beam technology increases,ensure bearing capacity beam method after column extraction of structural transformation.The prestressed construction technology in material selection,channel reservation and prestressed steel making,penetration,tension and grouting technology practice put forward their own views,to explore a set of practical engineering requirements and the economic benefits of construction technology.The main contents of this paper are as:(1)For prestressed anchorage area at the level of shear bearing capacity for the exploratory study,the analysis principle of anchorage zone,compared with other prestressed reinforcement method,the shear capacity of the impact resistance of mortar on inclined section of anchorage zone,and gives some suggestions to improve the design and the construction of the;(2)Drawing operation of prestressed steel sheets in the actual construction,the prestressed friction loss of the prestressed component camber in size and size to make comparison form;in the tensioning process according to the theoretical calculation of the prestressed reinforcement tension elongation with the actual elongation value were compared.Based on this comparison,put forward its simplified calculation formula;(3)In bonded prestressed reinforcement after the completion of the construction control of prestressed corrugated pipe grouting pipe grouting construction control is through the prestressed corrugated pipe,considering the grouting material,the use of the mixture ratio of grouting parameters of prestressed reinforced materials on the road.After molding the strength,deformation and material usage considerations,preliminary study on the effect of grouting quality of prestressed concrete beams,directly affect the grouting material of prestressed reinforced concrete beams is obtained.Finally,the research results of this paper are summarized,and the problems that need further research are put forward.
