Pile raft foundation has the unique advantages in controlling the settlement difference,and it has become the most commonly used basic type in general high-rise building.However,in practice,due to the lack of reasonable calculation formula of the interaction between pile and pile soil,the simplified calculation algorithm is adopted in the calculation of piled raft foundation of Chinese housing construction,which reduces the effect of pile on soil bearing capacity.The increase in the number and length of the pile,resulting in a greater capacity of the base capacity of the surplus,resulting in a certain economic waste,but because the high-rise building piled raft foundation is a very complex system,their joint research related to Many factors,based on this,the work of its in-depth study is very necessary.In this paper,the research results of piled raft foundation at home and abroad are summarized.Based on the understanding of the working principle of piled raft foundation,PKPM is used to calculate the settlement of piled raft foundation under various working conditions.With regard to the optimal design of piled raft foundation,this paper mainly analyzes the theory and calculation from the aspects of controlling settlement.The main contents are as follows: Taking the JCCAD module as the calculation tool in the PKPM software,the settlement of the piled raft foundation under different pile conditions is calculated and the maximum reaction force of the single pile calculated according to PKPM And the actual settlement of the raft and the reinforcement of the raft are analyzed.Then,the force of the pile in the actual soil is simulated by FLAC3 D.According to the calculation result,the geological survey can be improved at the time of design Finally,according to the results of theory,experiment and numerical analysis,the optimal design method of improving the working efficiency of pile-raft foundation is put forward,that is,the method of adjusting the pile-pile is put forward.The main principle of changing the pile length,changing the pile length,changing the pile distance,changing the pile diameter and so on,and put forward the pile layout according to the upper load and changing the pile length.In summary,this paper mainly studies the working traits of piled raft foundation of high-rise buildings,combined with numerical analysis and model test to get the final conclusion.At the same time,the guiding ideology and principle of variable stiffness leveling design are put forward,Raft foundation design method,which is useful for engineering practical reference.
