In recent years,the rapid development of China's economy heat on the investment of enterprise growth,enterprise production continues to expand the scale of the existing building use function requirements are increasingly high,resulting in reinforcement forms of existing buildings have gradually emerged.Therefore,the detection,identification,reinforcement and reconstruction of people pay more attention to the existing buildings,has become a new subject in the field of civil engineering,and has gradually become an important branch of building industry.Underpinning technology is a kind of effective method to reinforce the foundation.It is an important research subject in the field of structural engineering and geotechnical engineering.Pile underpinning technology is a very common method in foundation underpinning,which has been recognized by the majority of scholars and applied in practical projects.Study on transformation has got some achievements in many aspects of strengthening pile foundation,and many research results have been applied to the engineering construction of concrete,but difficult to solve the problems in the construction process will encounter a variety of needs according to the actual situation of engineering can be solved.This article is based on this background,in order to promote the study of pile foundation underpinning theory and application,the design and construction of pile foundation underpinning technology tends to be standardized,to make full use of underground space in the city at the same time,to ensure the long-term stability of foundation.The results of this study can be widely used in various kinds of basic detection,evaluation,reinforcement and reconstruction projects.In this paper,the theoretical,numerical and experimental studies are carried out as follows:(1)introduced the domestic and foreign main underpinning technology and its application,discusses the principle of pile foundation underpinning technology,at the same time on the basis of support for engineering should pay attention to the problems described,combined with the actual engineering is put forward in this paper to solve the problem;(2)combined with practical engineering,this paper introduces some key technologies involved in the underpinning of pile foundation.Firstly,the general situation of the project is introduced,and then several key technical problems are introduced and discussed;(3)on the reinforcement and reconstruction project was monitored.The main research contents include the establishment of monitoring scheme,based on vertical settlement monitoring,and the curve of displacement monitoring of the monitoring results were evaluated,it can be seen that the steel pipe pile underpinning is very successful,fully meet the needs of the reinforcement and reconstruction.
