In view of the problem that electric vehicle electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)exceeds bid badly at present,the paper aim at exploring the key factors affecting the strength of radiated interference(RI)of the electric drive system.This paper research content:(1)Analyze the mechanism of the RI of electric drive system and determine the possible key factors affecting RI of electric drive system;(2)Propose a test plan according to the possible key factors;(3)Conduct an experiment in E-chamber according to the plan and verify the correctness of the theory;(4)Integrate the key factors of the RI of electric drive system into the optimization design,and further illustrate the significance of the key factors affecting the RI of electric drive systems.The research achievement as follows:(1)Aspect of output characterization: slow speed state,different torque at middle frequency RI of electric drive system influence significantly;high speed and braking state,the different torque and speed at low frequency RI of electric drive system influence significantly;(2)Aspect of structure change: the influence of different structure of electric drive system of RI is more noticeable,mainly concentrated in 30 MHZ to 200 MHZ band.(3)Aspect of the inverter: the inverter is main RI sources of the electric drive system in 0.15 MHZ to 160 MHZ band.In the end,speed and torque of the motor,length of the wires,shielding wire and inverter are main RI factors of electric drive system in the corresponding frequency.
