In this paper,Research on how to make the control of the east-west high-speed railway construction length projection distortion.The research status at home and abroad is discussed.The main influencing factors of length deformation are analyzed.Influence of elevation deformation for naturalization,The theory and method of the ellipsoid structure model are studied.The differential formulas between geodetic coordinates and Gauss plane coordinates are derived.The value analysis in-depth study the main influence factors of Gauss plane coordinate deformation method and translation method,and volume expansion method.The differences and application ranges of different structural models are obtained.Aiming at the drawbacks of Gauss projection in the east-west linear engineering.Put forward a new way of using the Lambert projection.The article introduced the principle and coordinate conversion method of the Lambert projection.A detailed analysis of the Lambert projection deformation projection is done.Combined ellipsoid structure model,the Lambert independent coordinate system is established.Research on the plane coordinate conversion bewteen Lambert and Gauss projection.To the questions of the complexity of negative analytical transformation method and low precision of positive analytical transformation,we derivate the formula using software Mathematica and get the conclusion that when the area is limited in four latitude difference and six longitude difference the conversion accuracycan up to 1 mm,and it is able to meet the requirements of surveying and mapping precision.Through the comparative analysis of the application of Gauss projection and Lambert projection in Zheng Xu high-speed rail project.The conclusion of the Lambert projection is more suitable for the East-West high-speed railway construction engineering coordinate system can be obtained.And the conclusion has certain directive significance to the similar linear engineering project.
