Box girder bridge construction as an important structural component,because of its good mechanical properties and cross ability,has been widely used in practical engineering,and has been built and the building of the base is still huge,and now bridges caused by the vibration damage phenomenon more and more,so it is necessary to beam vibration study on characteristics of box,this paper focuses on the research of vehicle bridge coupling effects and the impact effect of box girder,the main direction of the following work is done:(1)the theoretical analysis of the section deformation of the box girder,and the vibration equation of the beam bridge are introduced briefly,and the key theory of bridge vibration is summarized.This paper introduces the application of the main software LS-DYNA which is used to establish the finite element model of the box girder and the vehicle.(2)using dynamic finite element software LS-DYNA to establish the finite element beam model of single cell box,modal analysis of box girder model,the 1~6 vibration frequency;simulation of three axle trucks built vehicle suspension system and the finite element model of the wheel axle,and the composition of system model,motion verification.(3)the dynamic process simulation model of vehicle bridge system for box girder bridge,and considering the vehicle speed,vehicle weight and different position and other factors for box girder vibration during the running process,in this process,analysis of deflection of box girder stress and vertical vibration acceleration variation.(4)the vehicle load,the deflection data of box girder with LS-DYNA obtained by static analysis to compare data analysis,calculation of impact coefficient,vehicle speed,vehicle weight and that considering the different driving position of impact coefficient,and the changes were analyzed.
