At this stage,all kinds of bridges in China are emerging in endlessly.Because the construction of the old bridge,influence factors of scientific and technological strength and lack of loads is not comprehensive,and in recent years,highway transportation volume continued to improve,resulting in part of the bridge towards "overload",which has the obvious discrepancy between the initial idea: with climate problems often appear serious natural disasters,external further affect the quality of the bridge,more or less to the bridge structure has brought a certain degree of damage,security issues have become increasingly prominent.So,at present,the analysis of the two aspects of comprehensive testing and safety assessment,not only in line with the theoretical requirements,but also on the role of engineering practice is very significant.Based on the G75 line of Lanzhou to Lintao Expressway lujiagou bridge as the research object,the completion of the bridge comprehensive inspection and safety evaluation work of two,according to the result of the operation,comprehensive technical strength and bearing period utility.The following is a description of the specific process:1,the bridge comprehensive detection and security assessment of the basic situation is explained,first of all,the analysis of the current situation and the core of the work,followed by the latter to provide several basic treatment.2,the G75 line Lanzhou to Lintao highway bridge lujiagou conducted a comprehensive inspection,testing include: analysis of appearance defect inspection and testing of concrete strength test,and deck movement,to master all aspects of the test results,the safety evaluation of the bridge with the finite element analysis of the data obtained support.3,by means of comprehensive testing data obtained in accordance with the "code for maintenance of highway bridges and culverts"(JTG H11-2004)and "highway bridge technical condition evaluation standard"(JTG /T H21-2011)evaluation process and level specification about technical level,hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method for processing,and identified five independent control indicators,completed the evaluation of all the component,then is the realization of all parts,and the upper and lower deck structure assessment,finally determine its safety status by means of comprehensive evaluation model.The main bridge of the bridge were detected and assessed for 3 kinds of bridges.4,using the finite element software MIDAS Civil2010 and MIDAS FEA to establish the grillage model model space finite element analysis of the bridge,to provide a reliable theoretical data for the analysis of stress in the bridge operation stage.
