When compared with motors with a brush, brushless direct current motors have advantages over the efficiency and the property. It mainly works when we need the excellent control performance,wide-ranged speed adjustment,large starting torque,and high output power. So it is common that the brushless motors are widely put into use. E-bikes are accessible to everyone nowadays,it is meaningful to design a powerful e-bike controller.The article deals with several parts of brushless motor controllers in detail,and explains that how Brushless motors work properly. We mainly talk about how to design the hardware system and Finish the Software design at the same time. We use STM32 series microcomputer chips to design a high-quality E-bike Controller.The main contents are as follows:(1)Making researches on different controllers to compare their circuits and structures,and finish the whole system based on the STM32 series microcomputer; At the same time, making comparations with different projects, and choose the optimimization of design scheme.(2)When we use controllers in high power fields,we usually detect the current value according to the resistor. Now,we may get this information by the MOSFET internal impedance;(3)The establishment of the STM32 debug development,and in order to complete all the program design, we may divide the peripherals into several relevant parts; We make some solutions to solve the dc motor torque problems existing in the operation process. Through the test of phase current graphics, we verify the feasibility of this method.(4)All the system completed,we may do some contests and analysis some engineering application problems. finally,complete all the program design; Finally, We will do the cycling experiment and make sure that the scheme is feasible.
