| In recent years,with the deterioration of the global warming,climate change is increasingly severe.There is a serious threat to human life and property safety.Commonly used refrigerants in air conditioning refrigeration system,it has lead to ozone depletion and climate change,and the refrigerant is directly related to the efficiency and economy of the air conditioning system,so the development and promotion of new refrigerant to an air conditioning system and environmental protection is very important.the process of refrigerant leak in the compressor running will affect the efficiency of the compressor significantly,therefore,the research process of leakage of refrigerant in the compressor have a great significance to improve the efficiency of the compressor and save energy consumption.In process of refrigerant R1234 yf in piston compressor,establish the refrigerant mathematical model in leak path,studied the leakage rule of refrigerant R1234 yf.Research showed that in the working process of piston compressor refrigerants R1234 yf leakage occurs mainly in compression process and exhaust process.In certain conditions,with the increase of piston compressor suction temperature,leak path within R1234 yf speed decrease of leakage,leakage mass flow also decrease;as the piston compressor suction pressure rise,leakage mass flow rate increase;with the increase of piston compressor leakage channel length,leakage mass flow rate is decreased;with the increase of piston compressor leakage passage width,leakage mass flow rate is increased.Study on temperature and pressure influence on deformation of leak path through the coupling calculation of temperature and pressure in the leak path,the deformation law of piston compressor internal leakage passage through a combination of the two joint is obtained.In certain conditions,with the increasing of leakage channel inlet temperature,the thermal deformation and total deformation will increase,and the difference will be gradually increased.Lubricating oil leak inside the piston compressor test,create conditions for the further of refrigerant leakage test. |
