In recent years,with the rapid development China’s transportation network,road density enhances unceasingly.The construction of the new route often spans a large number of railways or busy highways and conventional construction methods will inevitably affect the traffic flow and block traffic.Bridge rotation construction method,with a significant advantage,can ensure the smooth operation of existing lines under the premise of safe construction.At present,although a lot of research about the swivel bridges construction have been done,its variable influence factors and strong technical in the process of bridge construction,so construction monitoring and control is particularly important.Taking continuous beam rotation bridge across Jiqing Railway of super-large bridge of Jimo uplink line across the Jinan-Qingdao Highway(60m+100m+60m)as the engineering background,this paper analyzes the mechanical problems during construction stage.In this paper,Midas/Civil is used to build the model according to the relevant technical parameters and dimensions.The construction stage of the main girder of the bridge is simulated and compared,and the state of the support is compared under different working conditions.At the same time,considering the importance of the swivel structure of the bridge,the finite element model of the spherical hinge is established by Ansys,and the force and deformation of the spherical hinge are analyzed.In addition,this paper introduces the details of construction detection and control,such as deflection,stress and temperature,and analyzes some key problems in construction control of bridge swivel.According to the actual construction monitoring and control data,this paper analyzes the deflection,line shape,stress and closure error to ensure that the bridge in the swivel process can maintain a safe state.
