The accuracy of pile foundation detection has a very significant effect on building quality because the pile foundation is one of the most widely used forms for the whole building foundation.Detection method of static load test of pile foundation has been traditionally recognized by engineering field,while which requires a lot of manpower,material resources,and high relatively requirements on the site.In recent years,the emergence of self-balance test pile method is used to solve this problem,it can make up the inadequacy of traditional static load test method,and therefore it is widely used.This paper studies the self-balanced method of single pile static load test method,analyzes the three key elements of self-balancing method: "balance point" position,the calculation of ultimate bearing capacity of single pile and traditional load displacement curves.The load box embedded position,structure principle and application conditions play keys for the successful test completion.This paper analyzes the working principle and the embedded conditions,and also proves that the needs of the actual project can be met by simulation test method through a practical example.This paper focuses on the hyperbolic method to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile,which has less error than that of ultimate bearing capacity method of single pile.The traditional load-displacement curve of single pile can be obtained by the upper and lower segment load-displacement curve using both balance displacement method and load transfer function method.This paper analyzes the principle of the two methods and took the load transfer function method as the research object.In this paper,the author experience of actual engineering is selected.Through analyzing the stress situation,identifying the factors that influence the consolidation and elaborating the the pile of geological data,the three key elements are verified and the conclusion shows that the self-balanced method is applicable and reliable.
