With the development of marine resources,people's activities at sea gradually increased,followed by maritime accidents are increasing.Helicopter as a rapid response,flexible and flexible means of transport has become an important part of the sea rescue mission.Because the direction of the nose of the helicopter maneuvering the same flight,low-speed,low-altitude flight,in particular,to a small area of vertical landing the characteristics of the military,civilian has a wide range of applications.Helicopter as a rapid response,flexible and flexible means of transport has become an important part of the sea rescue mission.As a typical representative of marine rescue,the helicopter float system has become a focus of people's research.As the key equipment in the rescue mission,the helicopter emergency pontoon can provide a simple and quick floating equipment after being inflated.It has wide application in sea rescue and helicopter landing at sea.In the process of helicopter emergency water injection,the research of the water into the pouch becomes a key technology of the helicopter.In this paper,the overall design of the helicopter emergency watering test is carried out,and the purpose and test method of the test are clarified.In order to theoretically support the model used in this paper,the helicopter water test is carried out.The principle of the ratio test is expounded.It is theoretically proved that the model test is valid for the real situation simulation.Then,the design of test equipment such as model putting device,tractor,pool,wireless transmission equipment,data acquisition equipment,wireless control equipment,ground computer control system and so on,and the detailed description of pressure sensor,Speed acceleration sensors,force sensors and torque sensors,2-axis gyroscope and other test equipment.Then,the design of the emergency watering device is designed on the basis of the similarity principle.Firstly,according to the project overview and the foundation of project research,the purpose of this project is summarized.According to the requirements of the project,the steel structure part,the car driving part,the 2/3 lift simulator,the model attitude control and Vertical descending speed device,measuring and control system and auxiliary system,airbag force analysis and calculation system and other aspects of technical indicators.Finally,the test is carried out to verify the system function and the conclusion is given.The validity of the design of the helicopter emergency watering test scheme is proved through the analysis of the measured data.
