Analysis And Design On The Structure Of Ion Fan

Ion fan is a product that can produce negative ions and then release them into the surrounding air to purify the air and improve people's living environment.With the development of computer technology,it becomes more popular for people to solve practical problems by the way of using the modern design method.It can not only shorten the design cycle,but also make the product more reliable and beautiful.Designers can modify the product time after time in order to meet the point of optimizing the structure and improving the competitiveness greatly.This dissertation is mainly about the application of modern design method that is in order to design a new ion fan.The modern design method can be defined as the stages which go through initial design,simulation analysis,improved design,simulation and prototype test and so on in order to avoid the waste of cycle and cost in the traditional "trial-and-error method".Based on the modern design method,this paper introduces the technical requirements of the ion fan,the overall design scheme and the preliminary design of the ion fan;In structural analysis and improvement phase,it begins to design on the three key aspects of hook structure,gear structure,air duct structure in view of the technical indicators respectively.A parameterized model is established by using the Pro/E software and ANSYS on finite element analysis.It makes a concrete analysis on the reliability of the hook structure,the problem of the life of the gear structure and air duct structure,according to the analysis of the three aspects,the stress concentration of the hook,the material of gear changed,and the air duct improved;In the stage of simulation,the structure simulation is done successfully,and the results meet with the design requirements.And it also provides reference basis for the company to promote and solve the practical problems in the research department.The end of the paper,it is mainly about the test which includes drop test,life test of gear and wind speed test separately.The test result is correct,and then verify the feasibility of the application of modern design ideas once again.
