The thermal deformation of satellite's parabolic antenna leads t o performance degradation of the RF pattern. In this article a basic workflow and method for this thermo-structural-electromagnetic problem is created with mature business software as well as the theoretical derivation, which can offer technical support fo r similar problems. The workflow and method are demonstrated from two aspects of theoretical fundamentals and input-output procedure with the in-order-coupling method, and finally generate the simulation process as follows: First, according to the external thermal flow and the characteristics of the antenna itself,an analysis model is build for solving the temperature field, and the temperature field data is calculated from this model to demonstrate the temperature distribution of the antenna at different position in orbit;Taking the temperature field as the input data,a structural FEM model of the antenna can be used to get the thermal deformation distribution; Then the physical optics method is used to get the relationship between the deformation and the antenna far field pattern; At last, this workflow and method is used for calculating a parabolic antenna's temperature field, thermal deformation and the far field pattern without the active thermal control, which proves the feasibility of this method. The application of this method can optimize the antenna's structural form and material selection in the design phase,or some compensation measures can be taken to minimize the influence of thermal deformation, thus increasing the capability and stability of the parabolic antenna of satellite.
