Urban Utility Tunnel Layout Method Based On Supply Capability And Laying Priority

Urban utility tunnel is an important infrastructure to run our city and make sure the security and "lifeline" system run properly.It’s very important to improve the distribution network security and disaster resilience.Based on the analysis of necessity of building a utility tunnel,this article proposes utility tunnel supply capacity and laying priority,and derives the optimal layout scheme by calculating with utility tunnel supply capacity and laying priority in order to provide a reference for the utility tunnel planning.Specific contents are as follows:(1)Proposed utility tunnel laying priority based on analyzing the current construction situation of domestic and abroad,as well as analysis of the utility tunnel planning methods.Analyzing the main factors to established the utility tunnel priority evaluation system,using entropy weight method to determine the weight of evaluation index,using principal component analysis method to calculate the priority of laying order of utility tunnel on different roads.(2)The concept of "supply capacity of the utility tunnel" is proposed,in order to measure the capacity of the users of the utility service,which is characterized by the variability of the supply capacity of the utility tunnel along different streets.In the course of calculating the optimal path,the path selection scheme is measured dynamically.(3)Taking supply capability and laying priority as the basis for supporting data and using the method of dynamic programming that supplemented by computer programming to calculate the optimal path of laying utility tunnel and get the plan layout.(4)Selected a project case,through the research and related data collection,calculated laying priority and supply capacity,edited the program,verify the proposed layout method of the utility tunnel.It provides a way for the construction of the city’s utility tunnel.It also has certain theoretical and practical value.
