| In modern high-rise buildings,the glass curtain wall is mostly used as exterior-protected construction.It works as both door and window.And also merge the function as exterior-protected construction and decoration subtly,which effectively improved the sense of modernity and art.Glass curtain wall is light in weight and thus reduces the load-bearing pressure of the building,which will save construction costs,rise the daylighting rate,and make the structure simpler.However,due to the high thermal conductivity of glass,glass curtain wall performs 40%worse than concrete wall at energy conservation.Therefore,this paper intend to summarize and discuss the basic component and design theory of the glass curtain wall structure design and thermal design,and perform the calculation process according to actual project.Accordingly,this paper will provide guidance and reference for the actual construction and design process of the glass curtain wall,and will provide a reliable guarantee for the safety and integrityBased on the construction of the building curtain wall of a high-rise buildings project,the key points of the construction process of glass curtain wall was systematically elaborated in this paper.The fundamental research of the process of the structure desin and thermal calculation were carried out.And the three functional tests of glass curtain wall were studied.In this paper,the construction process of glass curtain wall of high-rise building is systematically summarized.And a series of basic research on the structural design of the glass curtain wall and the thermal design and calculation method were carried out.Design and construction of the glass curtain wall is a complex system,which still contains defective parts.Quality and safety issues happens because of the design and construction process has not been treated carefully,resulting in low quality of glass curtain wall.Therefore,in the design process of the glass curtain wall of high-rise buildings,scientific and reliable design is needed.Also,in the construction process,construction drawings and relevant industrystandards shoud be stuied thoroughly,selection standard of the raw materials should be strict,risk factors in the construction process should be diminished to lowest level,and the QA process should rigorously follows the standard.Moreover,the performance and significance of the three functional tests of the glass curtain wall,i.e.,airtight performance test,watertight performance test,and the wind pressure resistance test,were described in the background of the glass curtain wall of a high-rise building project.The performance and installation quality of the glass curtain wall can be reflected by the monitoring results.The quality of the curtain wall structure determines the appearance quality and energy consumption of the whole building.Research on the safety testing technology of the glass curtain wall in its structural life cycle is very meaningful. |
