Optimization Research Of Urban Spatial Form Of Zichang County

Influenced by the special natural environment in gullied loess plateau,urban space expands quite passively and generally stretches along the gully and valley land to become narrow zonal shape.This kind of single zonal space form has brought many problems to the urban construction and development of the area,and it is difficult to realize the minimization of resource consumption and the maximization of economic and environmental benefits.Since the implementation of new urbanization strategy,ecological civilization construction,and revitalizing plan of ShanGanNing old revolutionary area,the city in this area will face the great development opportunity.However,it also means that the city will bear a greater share of the population and land use pressure while the zonal shape problems become more prominent.In order to coordinate the relationship between city construction and ecological environment to realize the sustainable development,it is necessary to adopt appropriate methods to explore a kind of urban form which fits in with regional characteristics and growth pattern.It is of great significance to solve the city problems caused by zonal shape and build a resource-saving and environment-friendly living environment.In this paper,a case study is carried out in Zichang County.Firstly,the paper studies the domestic and foreign relevant theories and practical experience of urban form,summarizes Zichang County’s social and economic background,and analyzes the problems of its spatial form and the future development conditions.On this basis,starting from the perspective of ecological security,the paper analizes the natural environment and ecological base of Zichang County,builds ecological sensitivity evaluation system,designates the region which can be built,and thinks of the ecological urban form in the future.Then combined with the framework and index system of spatial form measurement,the paper measures the historical urban form of Zichang County,analyzes the compact degree and future expansion of the resistance index,and put forward the spatial development ideas based on performance improvement.Finally,the paper summarizes several patterns of Zichang County’s spatial form in the future,chooses and improves the most suitable form according to the functional layout,traffic impact,service facilities and landscape environment.To grasp the spatial form’s characteristics and problems in Zichang County,the paper takes ecological conditions and performance improvement as the starting point,rethinks the county’s ecological security demands and futural development performance,and ultimately determines the circular layout form for the future urban space expansion.This form is is not a kind of simple form.It can alleviate and avoid the limitations of zonal cities in resource consumption,social economy and environmental benefits,and puts the city in sustainable development and regional natural environment.
