Thermal management problems are the main factors that restricted the development and innovation of Hypersonic vehicle,and these problems also are the focus of attention of the domestic and international scientists.At present the regeneration of active cooling technology of active thermal protection scheme is the fastest growing technology,because it uses the hydrocarbon fuel which is in the aircraft itself as a coolant,on the one hand this method can avoid the advantage of carrying extra coolant,on the other hand during the fuel combust in the combustion,it can release the additional heat which absorbs in the cooling channel,this method can improve the fuel efficiency.This paper is based on the background of the regeneration of active cooling technology of hydrocarbon fuel.In this paper,we select a new heating method by combining electricity heating with conduction of heat,which is on the basis of conventional hydrocarbon fuel electric heating experiment platform.Firstly,through an experiment,we select a good insulating and thermal conductive material-ZrO2,and spray it on the half cutting stainless steel pipe by plasma spray according to the design,after that we attach two electrodes on the half cutting pipe,and connect of electric to heat,because of the insulation and heat conduction of ZrO2,test pipe in the half section tube was only under unilateral thermal heating.Later this paper takes a series of heating experiment of 8220 kerosene produced by karamay on the new test-bed,the results indicate: the effective heat absorption of fuel falling with the increase of fluid inlet temperature,but it has a small rise near the critical temperature,thermal efficiency decrease with the increasing of inlet temperature,and it has a maximum point at about 60%;The higher the quality of velocity,the greater the thermal efficiency.Under the same mass flow rate,heating direction almost has no effect on the thermal efficiency.Under the low mass velocity,compared with the heating of right side,tube wall temperature is higher in underside heating,when under the larger mass velocity,the tube wall temperature under different heating directions gradually converge with the increase of fluid temperature.For now,the domestic studies of unilateral heating experiment scheme of hydrocarbon fuel active cooling heat transfer are rare,so,this article lays the foundation for the optimization design of the later experiment.
