| Liu Panshan tunnel of Tianshui-Pingliang railway under construction is Single steep slope tunnel,which is belong to the(Net cross section area of lining tunnel is33.9m2)small section(Length is 16719m)long railway tunnel.Relying on the construction of the project,the tunnel through water rich strata,the key construction technology of bad geological section and metamorphic slate large deformation were simulated with theoretical analysis and numerical system,the main work and achievements are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of groundwater and the Liu Panshan mountain tunnel tunnel construction,operation and effect of the surrounding environment,put forward the "strong point closed karst water discharge construction technology,environmental effect in water rich sand and gravel stratum curtain grouting construction technology limited emissions,water conducting fault winding uphill discharge decompression construction technology,realized a single steep tunnel northwest water rich strata of environmentally sensitive safety,environmental protection and construction.(2)Through the slate hole section Liu Panshan tunnel construction in local metamorphism,metamorphic slate and sedimentary rock contact zone of tunnel and coal bearing strata in tunnel section,put forward in section optimization and increase the deformation,strong ventilation,pre discharge,ground detection,closed and other measures to implement the complex matter of small section of reverse slope safety construction specialty tunnel.(3)Build up a multi information acquisition system in the process of tunnel construction,monitoring the tunnel surrounding rock pressure,the tunnel rock displacement,support structure stress.Based on the real-time monitoring information,put forward the safety evaluation index of tunnel construction,the construction safety of the tunnel are analyzed and evaluated,put forward the construction safety measures,improve the quality of tunnel construction and tunnel construction safety,reduce the construction investment. |
