| With the progress of urbanization,the scale of urban construction land is expanding day by day,the area of cultivated land in the surrounding area is reduced,some cities have scattered land and the decline of urban and rural environmental quality.These problems affect the realization of land intensive use goal,and need a effective urban space growth management to solve."Urban planning preparation method" had a clear request that the urban growth boundary should be setted in the urban master planning.For Shangluo,a Qinling hinterland city,the development at this stage is limited by natural ecological environment and faced the scarcity of urban construction land and other serious problems.However,the current expansion of the city is extensive.if not take space management and development guidance,it may lead to the deterioration of the ecological environment,the tension of space resources.Under the condition of existing resource endowment,achieving sustainable development of ecological environment and promoting the orderly growth of urban space is an important proposition of Shangluo central city.It is also the main purpose of this paper.On the basis of summing up the domestic and foreign research trends and related practice progress,this paper puts forward the method of scenario analysis,combined with the land suitability analysis and spatial potential analysis and other quantitative analysis methods to comprehensively define the rigid growth boundary and elastic growth boundary.First of all,on the basis of understanding the basic conditions of Shangluo’s natural conditions,history,social economy and so on,the spatial expansion of Shangluo central city is analyzed and analyzed.The spatial expansion analysis includes quantitative analysis of the spatial evolution of the spatial layout of Shangluo central city,the evolution of land type structure and the quantity and morphological characteristics of spatial expansion,and discusses the factors influencing the spatial expansion of central urban area from the aspects of power and resistance.The paper analyzes the future spatial growth of Shangluo central city,and sums up the three development scenarios of Shangluo central city by constructing the scenario matrix,and then analyzes the spatial growth of Shangluo central city in the process of expanding the process.The future spatial growth scenarios are agglomeration growth,leaping growth and gradual growth,respectively,and describe the planning priorities and possible spatial structures in different development scenarios,and analyze the temporal and convergence between scenarios;In the process of planning the growth boundary,we first analyze the ecological suitability of the urban area and the surrounding area,and use the reverse planning thinking to clarify the ecological bottom line which can not be touched by the urban development and construction from the point of view of protecting the ecological environment.The paper analyzes the growth potential of the central urban area from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and defines the phased urban growth boundary according to the different scenarios.Finally,it introduces the method of inventory control and combines the key points in the scenario analysis.The impact of factors on urban expansion,the dynamic adjustment plan of Shangluo urban growth boundary is discussed,and some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of boundary control guidance and space management.This paper has some theoretical significance in discussing the application of scenario analysis in the planning of the growth boundary,and has practical significance for the growth boundary setting and the spatial growth management of small and medium-sized cities with limited land conditions and in the fast-growing stage in the northwest region. |
