| Because of the good performance in connection,single angle is widely used in the tower and steel structure.Although the one-way connection of single angle connection is simple,but its stress is complex,which belongs to the biaxial bending;design of such components,domestic and international norms as the multi axial compression rod design,and considering the effects of load eccentricity and end the Ministry of discipline,but all the standard calculation results are different,this is mainly due to the end of the complex structure,all the standard effect on the bearing capacity of the considered inconsistent.Therefore,this paper will study the influence of end connection structure of single angle struts on the bearing capacity of the single side.The one-way connection and equilateral equilateral angle steel was studied.The influence of end structure research on the bearing capacity;firstly,considering the initial bending,finite element model of residual stress,which is validated by the existing test;then,finite element analysis is carried out on the end of the welding and bolts are not members with details of the structure at the end,comparing the difference of bearing capacity of bolts and welding components,and study the influence of bolt bolt number,position and size of gusset plate on the bearing capacity.The final connection and the six equilateral equilateral cross-section type of unilateral single edge connected single angle of the nonlinear buckling analysis of pressure bar,and the ultimate bearing capacity.The study found that at the end of two and more than two bolts and welding bearing capacity,single bolt connection and long unilateral equilateral angle steel connection leg equilateral angle steel is both decrease up to 15% capacity,single bolt short leg connection does not decrease up to 50% equal angles;the parameter analysisindicates that the bearing capacity of the bolt location the smaller of the components,node plate thickness and width on different slenderness ratio of bearing capacity influence degree is different,and the node plate thickness width greater than the carrying capacity.This paper put forward a calculation on bearing capacity of single steel angle.Suggestions on unilateral single bolt connection,based on the results of numerical calculation and get the quasi unilateral connection of single angle struts equivalent slenderness ratio calculation formula,and compared with the existing experimental data,proved that the formula is applicable. |
