Through the study of the scientists,the car every time to reduce the weight of one hundred kilograms,every one hundred kilometers can save 630 ml of fuel,in addition,the car when 12% weight reduction to about 7.2% of the fuel consumption.Consideration from all angles,the lightweight research can become the country 's scientific research project.The 30 T transport carriage(box)of the lightweight transformation,and enhance the stability analysis of unloading of goods and the analytic method to give the height of the center of gravity theory measure,and in accordance with the focus of the analysis of the quality of performance measurement range of transport vehicle.Then,the finite element analysis of the 30 T transport vehicle is given,and the finite element construction criterion of the transport vehicle is given.On this basis,the 30 T vehicle lightweight optimization strategy is studied,including topology model,size improvement,shape improvement and other strategies.In addition,this paper also analyzes the shortcomings and solutions of light weight transportation,such as light weight of vehicle,checkerboard condition,mesh dependence and gray level.Give the body floor structure and carriage baffle structure optimization design model,static analysis and model structure,and gives the topology and size of body floor model improvement method,analysis of structure and existing structure comparison and optimization.Analysis of the carriage baffle structure and optimized,including condition analysis,carriage coaming topology optimization design,optimization,shape optimization and size optimization,optimized experiment design,orthogonal design method,optimization design method of carriage side plate test,the design results of data processing and so on.Finally,the comparison of the topology of the truck side plate and the topology optimization method is compared with the experimental optimization method.At last,the overall quality of the transport vehicle is reduced by 12.6%,and the lightweight modification goal of the transport vehicle is realized.
