Explosion is a kind of explosive source which produces huge energy and quickly spread to the surrounding area in a short time.it has the characteristics of sudden occurrence,fast propagation speed,peak load and so on.Compared with other natural disasters,the damage caused by the explosion is particularly serious,which makes people difficult to guard.With the spread of terrorism,there are more and more terrorist attacks around the world,more and more likely to be attacked by the explosion,for example,on September 11,2001,the twin towers of the world trade center in the United States were attacked,the twin towers collapsed in two hours,resulting in 2,606 people dead and 24 missing,so the dynamic response of building structure under explosion load is becoming more and more important.The explosion of acetylene mixed gas is a kind of typical gas detonation problem.In large chemical enterprises,the explosion accident of acetylene mixed gas occurred frequently.Taking the explosion accident of the actual industry as an example,the paper uses the large finite element analysis software sap to simulate the structure,preliminary study the influence of the acetylene mixed gas explosion on the main components such as the beam,plate,column and so on,and analyzes the change rule of the displacement and acceleration of beam,plate and column under the explosion load.On the basis of extensive literature review and thorough understanding of existing research achievements,the paper mainly carries out the following research and discussion:1.according to the damage degree of the explosion to the frame and the actual experience of the project,the peak value of explosion load applied on the structure surface is estimated,about 40 kPa.The finite element model of three layers is built by SAP2000 software,and the dynamic nonlinear analysis of the structure.2.the influence of different explosion load peak on the structure beam,plate and column is analyzed.the results show that the dynamic response of the structure is basically the same under different explosion load,the displacement and acceleration of the structure increase with the increase of explosion load,the plastic hinge of frame structure is consistent with the factory site.3.concrete slabs and slabs are directly subjected to explosion loads and are seriously damaged.More plastic hinges appear in the beam-column,most of the beams around the beam have yielded,and a small part has been damaged seriously unable to continue bearing.According to the simulation results of this paper,it can be known that when subjected to the explosion load,the vertical load of the component damage is serious,by the explosion of the transient and weak transfer,the destruction of the building is local,and the structure components of the explosion will be small.The results can provide suggestions and theoretical basis for the repair and reinforcement of the project after explosion load.
