Abstract/Summary:
Automobile brake master cylinder is used in the brake system for the production of braking force of the hydraulic actuator,which plays an important role in the safety performance of the car brake.In order to eliminate the transverse burr produced in the process of producing brake master cylinder,this paper designs a transverse brazing machine for the master cylinder of automobile brake based on the combination of fluid impact fatigue fracture and backflush.In this paper,the finite element simulation of the brake master cylinder is carried out to verify the feasibility of deburring with fluid impact fatigue fracture method and based on which it confirms the overall design of the equipment.This paper has respectively designed the mechanical structure,the stepping motor control system,the hydraulic system and the pneumatic system of the transverse cylinder deburring machine of the automobile brake master cylinder,and then it has completed the assembly and debugging work.Finally,the research on deburring test on transverse hole in brake master cylinder is achieved.Overall,the test results show that the equipment has good deburring effect and meets the processing requirements.
