In the field of IPCE(monochromatic Incident Photon-to-electron Conversion Efficiency)testing of photovoltaic cell,imported products still dominate.The reason of this phenomenon is that the core technology of weak signal detection of photovoltaic cell output under monochromatic lightsfailed to achieve major breakthroughs.Domestic products generally use lock-in amplifier to establish system soas to detect weak signal,which meanscomplicated system structure,high costs and module mismatching.All this leads to a greater gap of system performance between domestic products and imported products.In view of this situation,based on the study of the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells under different temperature and light intensity conditions,this paper designs a light source system and a dedicated weak signal amplification system which are matched with photovoltaic cells,then this paper analyze and process the signal interference of each part of the system.At the same time,according to the instability of the light source,the software algorithm is improvedand the system control,digital filtering,software algorithm and human-computer interaction are realized by LABVIEW.Finally,the IPCE measure system of photovoltaic cells without lock-in amplifier is realized.The repeatability error of this system is 0.965%.Comparing with the vast majority ofdomestic systems(repeatability error are 3%-5%),system performance has greatly improved.
