| So far,fluid-structure interaction of reinforced concrete water tower under seismic action in our country is not considered.With the use of finite element software ADINA,this paper performs fluid-structure interaction dynamic response of a reinforced concrete water tower under seismic action.Modal analysis of the water tower is carried out,considering fluid-structure interaction,sloshing,water storage,porosity and reinforcement ratio of supporting tube.On the basis,analyze the horizontal seismic response of the tower by response spectrum method.The seismic analysis of the water tower and water in seven degree frequent earthquake is conducted in this paper.Based on the theory of viscous fluid,describe the motion of the fluid using Arbitrary Lagrange-Euler method(ALE),considering fluid-structure interaction,different seismic wave action and variation of water storage.The dynamic response under horizontal and vertical seismic is taken into account,and the results are compared and analysed.Generally,the seismic response of the water tower structure can be reduced considering fluid-structure interaction.The elastic-plastic seismic calculation and analysis of the water tower in seven degree and eight degree rare earthquake is analysed,considering geometric nonlinearity and reinforcement ratio.The dangerous position of the water tower and some protective measures are given based on the results of the analysis. |
