The bus is a way of urban public transport,which plays a very important role in urban transportation.It has a complementary relationship with rail transit.Good bus quality and bus condition can ensure passengers’ safe and comfortable travel.There are thousands or even tens of thousands of buses in a large bus company,bus fault types up to 37,000 kinds,for a fault type,there may be several parts together and a fault may lead to the loss of several parts related.In the case of a large number of maintenance operations,the maintenance technician can not determine the fault information of the associated parts of the existing vehicle failure or the maintenance technician who is very familiar with the vehicle due to the different levels of maintenance technicians and the absence of clear maintenance guidelines Can identify other associated failures,but there are problems of finding incomplete and inefficient.In view of the shortcomings of the maintenance system,which leads to the poor quality of maintenance and the low maintenance efficiency.This paper designs and realizes the intelligent maintenance system of the bus vehicle to meet the demand of improving the vehicle maintenance quality and improving the vehicle maintenance efficiency.The FP-Growth algorithm is used to excavate the historical data of the bus fault and the fault association is generated.When the bus is repaired,the intelligent fault detection of the bus fault is achieved through the matching of the fault correlation set,and the bus fault is predicted to prevent the bus failure from traveling.Intelligent detection of bus failure,the failure of the associated parts for maintenance,the service life of the parts have been greatly improved.At the same time the system uses modern 4G communication technology,real-time collection and transmission bus CAN bus data,GPS device data and vehicle video data,through the system analysis of the data,to achieve intelligent vehicle repair.In the maintenance of working hours allocation,the system through the rules set to achieve automatic maintenance of working hours,to enhance the efficiency of the bus repair shop.In summary,this paper designs and realizes the intelligent maintenance system of the bus vehicle,effectively improves the maintenance quality of the bus vehicle,improves the vehicle maintenance efficiency,real-time remote monitoring and analysis of the vehicle CAN bus data.When the vehicle is in serious trouble during operation,Real-time alarm,effectively prevent the vehicle failure to expand,to protect the bus passenger safety.
