In this paper,XCY-1 type of rock mass mechanics parameters of spiral cutting sounding instrument as the research object,through to get the data of torque and drilling pressure and so on concrete analysis,put forward the suitable for XCY-1 type of formula and the classification of surrounding rock,elastic modulus and through a lot of practical engineering data to validate the modulus of elasticity formula and the correctness of the classification of surrounding rock.Combined with practical engineering investigation data and specification data,determine the applicable to XCY-1 type is deduced formula of elastic modulus and the classification of surrounding rock is reasonable.In this paper,the specific research contents and results are as follows:Firstly,the history of static cone penetration is summarized,and then the static cone penetration test equipment is improved by the static cone penetration test based on static cone penetration test.Secondly,based on the principle of work and the thought of energy method,suitable for XCY is deduced-1 type of rock mass mechanics parameters of spiral cutting formula of elastic modulus of sounding instrument.Rotary cutting process applied in the tertiary rock elastic modulus formula of inductive level 3 elastic modulus of surrounding rock is calculated for 8-16 GPa,the elastic modulus of the code and compared 6-16 GPa is reasonable,therefore,the rotary cutting process of elastic modulus was derived formula is reasonable.Based on rotary penetration technology and engineering rock mass classification standard,put forward using the drilling rate and elastic modulus of the combination of methods to determine the engineering classification of rock mass.Through a lot of the rotary cutting experiment,the assumption in rotary penetration drilling pressure,torque and the revolution of a certain situation,predict the drilling rate 0-0.2 mm/s,the elastic modulus E more than 33 GPa,forecast for engineering classification of rock mass is primary;Drilling rate 0.2 mm/s-0.5mm/s,the elastic modulus of 16 GPa-33 GPa,engineering classification of rock mass is secondary;Drilling rate 0.5 mm/s-1.0 mm/s,the elastic modulus of 6-16 GPa,engineeringclassification of rock mass is level 3;Drilling rate more than 1.0 mm/s,the elastic modulus is less than 6GPa,engineering classification of rock mass is level 4 or above.Finally,write the BP neural network program to realize the management of the experimental data,and implements the data to predict test scope.
