Abstract/Summary:
Because of the excellent performance canted coil spring has a wide range of applications in the field of electric power connection and high temperature dynamic sealing, which is related to the fields of aerospace, aviation, transportation, medical treatment, automobile and so on.Numerous scholars studied in spring stiffness, stress relaxation, creep, reliability and so on, and got a lot of achievement. However, there is no any in-depth study of issues associated with the manufacturing process of canted coil spring, especially the reliability of the manufacturing system. In this paper, the reliability and failure of the manufacturing system of canted coil spring are described, which is applied to the high voltage circuit breaker, and reliability prediction and allocation are analyzed, the detail contents are as following:Firstly, the structural model and characteristics of the manufacturing system are discussed,and the reliability of the manufacturing system is advanced. If the reliability of the design of the manufacturing system is reasonable, the continuity of the manufacturing process can be guaranteed, and the production plan can be closed on time. Meanwhile, the manufacturing process of the canted coil spring is analyzed, and the production model is built.Secondly, the reliability of the system is estimated according to the manufacturing characteristics of the canted coil spring and the reliability level of the manufacturing unit. Due to the small sample data, according to the uncertainty of analysis and prediction, the reliable method of Uncertain Bayesian System is put forward. Referred to previous comparable production failure times and test time, we can use this method to get the predicted value of the reliability of the manufacturing system by using the simple statistics of the historical data.Finally, in order to achieve the overall goal of the reliability of the manufacturing system in the actual production, reliability design personnel and engineering decision-making personnel gradually assign the reliability target value to each manufacturing unit (or subsystem),relying on their respective allocated values to ensure the reliability of the whole system. Based on the Fuzzy Reasoning Petri Nets (FRPNs) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE)method, the reliability of the manufacturing system of the canted coil spring is analyzed. In order to improve the system reliability, the optimal allocation result of reliability is obtained by the optimal allocation scheme of reliability based on the minimum cost.
