Wire and Arc Additive Manufacture(WAAM)is based on Arc heat source,the accumulated step by step to manufacture metal entity part,its forming entity composed of the weld,the good homogeneity,high density,increasing material feed and speed,short cycle,etc.its mainly applied in the field of aerospace and military industry to make large size or complex parts.At present,the domestic research mainly focus on system control and shape control,there are less research in mechanical properties of the final parts.This paper is based on WAAM technology,proceeding from the single metal deposited size control by optimizing the parameters,confirming the process window of the controllable forming in adding materials,ensurence that the specified range and any combination of different parameters could form the well morphology,using two rotation combination test,establishing two a regression model of welding parameters and the deposited of height and width,having the test verification in the last of establishing.In the experiment of multi-layer,through the analysis of the forming process,improving the heat dissipation condition in the forming process,forming the relationship found between morphology and process,and using Mahr profiler mapping on the surface morphology,realizing the further optimization of the workpiece.In the mechanical properties of the molding,the tensile test results show that the duplex stainless steel has an excellent performance in the WAAM process,and there is no difference in the horizontal-vertical tensile properties,and the material has a higher tensile strength and extensibility.In the microstructure,WAAM is composed is made of austenite and ferrite.Because of the existence of temperature gradient,the growth direction of metallography exhibits a certain angle.The results of fracture experiment shows that the uniformly distributed dimples and the second phase particles are in accord with the ductile fracture characteristics,and the vertical plastic propertie of the components is better.
